Second time we have bought a "For Living" product and had to return because not all of the hardware was there to put it together. We actually bought 2 of these fans that day and neither one of the fans had everything that was needed to put them together.

It sounds like the light changing colour with each use may be a result of not operating the product as intended. This ceiling fan features three different colour temperature settings, which can be cycled through by switching the light on and off.
