Terrible accessory functionality

I've had several FM2010 machines because I like the smaller counter footprint, and it does vacuum seal bags well BUT THE ACCESSORY HOSE IS TERRIBLE ! The little tabs on the 'machine-end' of those break regularly, Foodsaver does even make replacement parts for these hoses available other than through 3rd party providers (i.e. they don't even support their own products or flawed design !). Not all accessory Foodsaver accessory hoses are compatible their vacuum sealers either, which a little re-design could easily solve. I'v given up on Foodsaver... poor design, poor customer service/support. Moving on, looking for other manufacturers - they're not the only show in town like they used to be.

Love it! It is super easy to use. I recommend buying a couple more hard containers. I had to buy it twice because the first one had been returned by somebody and was covered in cat hair.

I could get more air out of the bag with a straw and my mouth! Wrapping in stretch wrap will do a much better job!

I received my FM2010 FOODSAVER for my birthday! When purchasing and preparing meals for only 2 people I will use this a lot to preserve food! No more waste in thsi household :)
