not impressed, not satisfied, not buying again I had to run my dishwasher 3 times. what a waste of money and water ! it never dissolve and my dishes never got cleaned

Smelly and Gooey

I bought Finish Quantum Powerballs because the Finish tablets that I usually buy were sold out. I didn't really want to buy them because I don't trust 'improved' products. My lack of trust was validated. The result is that my dishes and dishwasher smell atrociously from the hyper-perfumed Powerballs and it stinks up the kitchen. Even the closed package smells bad where I keep them under the sink. The Powerballs also do not dissolve completely and leave a sticky mess in the detergent tray. I have never had these issues with the tablets. My DW is a high-end Bosch that I love but it is not loving the Powerballs. Plus more expensive than the tablets. And the stand-up bag packaging is lame- more unwanted plastic packaging in the world. This is an example of an over-designed product that nobody asked for. I am considering throwing these in the rubbish where they belong and using a different product altogether.

Terrible product. Smells like perfume, even in the bag. Dishes smell like perfume. Pods don’t dissolve fully in my Bosch machine. Needs to be discontinued.

I have been using Finish dishwasher products for as long as I can remember and have been quite happy with your products. However, the new format has a very strong and awful scent that clings to the dishes, bottles, etc. It especially clings badly to plastic lids of reusable water bottles!! It makes anything with. plastic unusable now! A long time ago, you used to have an option for fragrance free (the white packaging) tabs/pods. If you cannot change the scent or strength of the scent of this current format, please give customers an option of fragrance free/light fragrance products, since many of us cannot use anything with strong scent.

Frustrating

I have always recommended Finish Powerball as the best dishwasher soap. This is the first time I am trying the "Quantum", and it has been so frustrating. Unfortunately, using the pods has become a hassle for my routine. I often have to stop the dishwasher to check if the pod has become stuck in the soap container. When I can’t do this, the washing cycle frequently ends with the pod still inside, leaving most of my dishes poorly washed.
