Tangles Easily

Very inexpensive but okay for fun, not for daily exercise. It is frustrating because I can't shorten the rope and it keeps tangling up. I am going out to buy another rope now. I'd rather pay a bit more and have something that works well.

Horrible rope

I've been this rope for around 2 weeks now and it broke right in the center during one of my workouts. Don't buy the rope if it's going to be used in chilly temperatures. It will definitely snap.

Q: If it breaks, I get a new one? "This product carries a 1 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store." What exactly does this warranty mean?

A: It means that if your unit has a manufacturing defect you are able to exchange it at your local Canadian Tire store if you are within your one year warranty period. Please note, you also need to bring your receipt along with the item.
