Have used product in the past. Has a few issues to work with but overall end results are worth the effort. Issues 1) check inside box at store make sure liquids have not solidified. 2) if using multiple boxes of product pick stopping and starting sections as colour can vary slightly. 3) If your dog walks on it don't panic easy fix. You end up with a floor that looks awesome and cleans up easy, and you did not pay $15,000.00 for it. So pain in the butt to do but worth it.

Incroyable qu'ils vendent encore ce produit en sac. Le produit durcie dans les coins. Plus tu le mélanges et plus les particules deviennent petits et difficile à retirer. Les deux sacs sont défectueux. Mais si vous aimez le look " peinture motonnée", c'est pour vous.

Beautiful and long lasting if you prepare.

1.moisture test with a piece of plastic and continued to cleaning and sweeping. The included etching product was great, ours was a new pour. I waited over 24 hours for the surface to be dry. Consider the use of a squeegee to help. I had to close my garage door so no dust and leaves blew in, I did not consider a dehumidifier but consider it if your humidity is high. IF YOU DONT DO THE PREPARATION WORK, DONT USE THIS PRODUCT, IT WILL COME OFF WITH 1-3 YEARS. FURTHERMORE DONT DRIVE ON THIS FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS, I LEFT IT FOR A WEEK. 2.Used a brush for the edge and a double roller for the rest, the double size really cut down the application time. 4x4 patches were recommended and its best to follow that recommendation to easier to sprinkle the colored flakes. I painted and my wife assisted by sprinkling the flakes on the 4x4 areas. The paint was done with a thick nap, its highly recommended otherwise your paint may be applied too thin. She liked the look of less flakes and varied in distribution, reminded her of veins in granite. Looks great and its easier to do. We had a few flakes left over in our 2.5 garage. When painting, we left the garage door open and put down cardboard so our feet had a way out. Painters tape was used at the garage entry so we had a clean line. We did not buy the special shoes. We planned instead. 3. We used the optional rust-oleum clear coat a day later. The gloss look made it look great and in addition we used the optional anti slip. The anti slip sank to the bottom of our tray so it didn't apply that well. I do wonder if a better technique for the anti slip will come forward. 4. Overall our garage and shop floor has stood up amazing. We use our garage as a shop and we live in a cold climate, salt debris, sand and melting snow. We have heated garage floors and a central drain. If you do it right, this product is amazing. If you do it wrong and don't prep, just don't do it.

Q: Can this be used on plywood?

  • A: I used this epoxy on two 20-foot container floors and one 40-foot container, which is plywood floors. I laid two floors last year and one this year, as long as the preparation is perfect (Clean floor, seal gaps, a good two coats of sealer for proper adhesion. Remember, the epoxy sinks into cracks and joints. You do see this.

  • A: Depends on the look you’re going for. If it’s a more covered look then yes. I would maybe prepare for extra clear epoxy. What it comes with is definitely not enough.
