Im not sure this is any better than Dawn dishwashing soap. It had little to no effect on grease or oil on my driveway. And beware that it can leave your surface patchy. That is cleaning some areas better than others. If you then seal it, you're stuck with that look.

Thank you, Doug, for taking the time to share your experience with our Rust-Oleum Quick Prep 3-IN-1. Let’s see what we can figure out. To ensure the best cleaning experience, we recommend spot treating heavy grease stains first with the Quick Prep before applying to the entire area. Next, after wetting down the surface and dispensing the cleaner in 3 m x 3 m sections, scrub thoroughly with a stiff bristle broom. Then rinse off the solution and move to the next section. The cleaner should not be allowed to dry on the surface. If necessary, mist the surface with water to keep it wet. When all sections are completed, rinse 3 times with clean water and scrub with a stiff bristle brush while rinsing. This will help to ensure that no product remains on the surface.
