Great idea, product seems fine, but would pay more to buy a Canadian version.

I bought this product recently, I think it a great idea, easy to use, low maintenance, and effective compared to fire extinguishers generally, though fortunately I have not actually had to use it yet. My only complaint: I want to buy stuff made in Canada, and not made in big bully countries. So change the sourcing decisions and options; I'll pay more to avoid buying from certain countries.

Q: why even mention "CE Certified" in specifications when all it means is China Export (A misleading mark)? Some customers might think it means its passed some kind of safety guidelines.

A: Just Google it before posting. you are misleading people. "The CE mark, which stands for "Conformité Européenne" (European Conformity), is a mandatory mark for products sold in the European Economic Area (EEA) that indicates the product complies with EU health, safety, and environmental protection standards."

Q: Are these fire blankets reusable?

A: Yes and no. If you inspect the blanket after use and find it free of burns or damage, technically you can reuse it. It does, however, become less efficient with each use and it is recommended by fire professionals to replace used fire blankets.
