Fantastic little grill. My wife and I used it last weekend and man the burgers tasted so good. The grill was easy to setup plus small enough for a balcony using only electric barbecue.

I bought it and used it 3times trying to figure it out but heat as soon as you open the lid it scapes and food doesn’t cook properly. Disappointed.

The most common cause of low heat is:
- Blown fuse of overloaded circuit. -> Test grill on more than 1 outlet. (Preheating 15-20 minutes each time, to test heat)
- Incorrect temperature setting -> Ensure knob turned to MAX and controller light behind knob is illuminated
- Faulty heating element. -> Please reach out to customer care by phone or email at: 1-800-263-9768 or support@vidabbqs.com to obtain a replacement. Hope this helps!

Love the size of bbq. Wish it had wheels to make it easier to move. When the lid is closed it has a bigger gap on one side not equal to the gap on the other side of it. Somewhat warped.
