Q: I have an 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, I am having trouble installing the Certified universal wiper blade. The blade dosen't seem to fit, it looks to long, but the website says it fits. I also did not get and adaptors with it. Please help!

Q: Can you explain how to pop the adapter out so I can use the other one. Someone on this thread talks about a slot for screwdriver .Can't find it. This product sucks. No drawing, no directions included or online. I'll return it.
3 years agoA: You must pull up the front of the adapter (towards the hinge of the small door) with your finger or a flat screwdriver. It normally comes apart very easily. There is no specific place for a flathead screwdriver.

Q: I bought one 28 inch certified beam wiper to install on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. As the wiper comes with different adapters, which adapter do I use to attach the wiper blade to the wiper arm that has a J hook? The instructions are vague and pictures poor
3 years agoA: Hi Vern, you shouldn't need an adapter at all for the J hook wiper. Just attach as is and it should clip into place.

Q: Hi I am asking that someone please try the 26" front left wiper blade on a 2016 or similiar Dodge Caravan ... the hook loop provided does not fit the same as the 20" and 16" also required for this vehicle
