Q: how big a turkey will they hold?
13 years agoA: As long as the entire bird fits completely within the roaster such that there are no parts of it overhanging beyond the pan itself then it fits. This is to prevent any juices from dripping from the bird outside of the pan and into the oven itself. Additionally, it is always recommended that before removing the roaster from the oven that all juices are removed with a baster and that the entire roaster is supported from the bottom. Failure to do this may cause an injury. Fluid capacity of the 2324TL-15 is 256 ounces or 16 pounds (7.25 Kg)
