Better than by hand

12 years ago

Don't spread fertilizer by hand. You can get uneven patches and even burn your lawn. This provides adequate spread without leaving too much. No yellow patches after. You can't hand spread any reasonable sized lawn. This allows you to dump a bag into the bin and spread easily over your front and back yard. Done in minutes.

Big green machine

I didn't like the extremely large capacity and the brutishly large metering hole. It looks like the user has very little control over the fertilizer spreading process and that is extremely wasteful in terms of costs and the mess it would create. Its not selling in our store and there are lots of them left in September. I would buy a Scott spreader if it was in stock in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.

No, I do not recommend this product.
