Garbage

Was looking at the folding step stools on sale and tried this one out. It is garbage:
There are too many interconnecting links that can come apart, and the one I tried would not connect together properly once it was folded. It would take A LOT of fiddling around with it to get it safely set up before using it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Unstable

Because of the folding step design, the top step is unstable unless the side hinges are locked in place, and over time (~9 months) the side hinges have worn down and don't stay locked in place properly anymore. I'm only 130lbs and use the stool only maybe once or twice a week to access high cupboards.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Voilà un article qui est un bon achat en solde ou non. Cet escabeau est très résistante et très robuste pour du plastique. Facile d'entretien. Cet escabeau me suis depuis près de 10 ans et c'est pas terminé.

Q: What is the weight of this step stool? Would it fit in a dishwasher should it become dirty as I am not about to wash all those crooks and crannies?
