Bonne aspirateur, j'ai été contente au début mais leurs défaut c'est que si tu le met en mode Max, il ne dure que 7 min. d'autonomie et prend un minimum de 4h pour recharger, donc pas très pratique, le 40 minutes d'autonomie ne ramasse pas toute, donc pour le prix je trouve pas qu'elle est un bon qualité - prix.
Et pour ce qui est du nettoyage qui faut faire minimum 1 x par mois, c'est qu'il faut la démonté au complet pour tout nettoyé a l'eau savonneuse, bien rincer et laisser sècher 24h.

Came cracked

Vacuum chassis came cracked, looked like the plastic was improperly molded. Very unimpressed, poor quality control- especially considering the price.

Hi, this is Summer with Dyson. The lines you are seeing are not cracks or scratches but rather what we refer to as “Flow Lines”. These lines are a natural occurrence that appear during the injection moulding process when the part was manufactured. They will not impede or interfere with the operation of your machine. Rest assured these lines do not jeopardize the structural integrity of your machine and are only cosmetic in nature. A: Yes, the fluffy soft roller head is perfect for hardwood, laminate, tile and cushioned vinyl. Much better for these flat surfaces than the brush head.

Q: From another User's question, sounds like this model includes the direct drive cleaner + soft roller head. What other accessories attachments does this include? It is not clear in the product description.

A: It has all the accessories you'll ever need: nine of them plus the long barrel. If you want to take a look, they are all shown on the end of the box.

A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. All V8™ cord-free machines have the same model number which is SV10. The only difference among each model in this class would be tools that are included in the box with the machine. The V8™ Animal will include the direct drive head, mini motorized tool, combination tool, crevice tool and a mini soft dusting brush. The V8™ Complete includes the direct drive head, soft roller cleaner head, mini motorized tool, combination tool, stubborn dirt brush, crevice tool, mini soft dusting brush, up top tool and the mattress tool.
