Stay away from this overpriced junk

Shuts off after 2 min due to heat protection. Literally 10%canister full..wash filter. Sweep.floors before and makes no difference.. junk.

This vacuum is the biggest piece of junk ever. It is my 4th Dyson, normally love them, but HATE this machine with a deep passion. I bought it last year when we were getting ready to move and my old Dyson (10+yrs) stopped working. It was junk from the start, but with trying to move I did not want to deal with the headache of returning it and not having a vacuum while trying to show the house. If you want more than just a surface clean of your carpets PLEASE buy something else. I borrowed my gfs old Dyson to show the difference. Started with the DC37 and did the exact same run with the old style right after. Just disgusting.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Je possède cette balayeuse depuis 3 ans et elle va super bien, un charme. Un produit dispendieux mais qui est des kilomètres en avant des aspirateurs bas de gamme.

Clogs Very Easily

This vacuum clogs worse than any other vacuum I've ever owned. If it picks up a balled-up Kleenex, I not only have to stop to unclog it, I actually have to unscrew the part where the hose goes under the canister. I swear I have spent as much time unclogging this vacuum as I have actually vacuuming with it. I am beyond frustrated with it.

Fantastic Product

The DC37 is more powerful and easier to maneuver and handle than any other vacuum I've tried. I was skeptical with this vacuum at first because it costs more, but it's been close to a year since I got it, and it's turned out to be the best vacuum I've ever bought. I didn't feel things could go too terribly wrong with the purchase anyway because it's backed with a 5 year manufacturer's parts and labour warranty. I've never had to use the warranty, but it's good to know it's there if the day should ever come. I would recommend this vacuum; it's worth it.

Q: Does with work well in cleaning pet hair from carpets?? Will this suffice in cleaning pet hair from carpets or would I have to buy the dyson "animal" model to do that?

A: Hi there and thank you for your interest. All of our machines work great at removing pet hair from carpets. The Multi Floor just does not include the mini turbine tool for use on furniture.

Q: what is the AW force of this vacuum and what is the difference between it and the dc 37 origin dyson DC 37 multi floor pro canister vacuum
