The suction of the product is good, but it struggles to get into the corners. Additionally it struggles to orientate itself, the navigation is pretty terrible. The app is okay, but again the mapping function lacks detail, so its difficult to set up different zones and hazards etc. @dyson_anz

Overall it’s ok, it does what I would expect a robot vacuum to do however bing a premium product I would expect this unit to not get lost or disoriented in the dark. It sometimes just gives up and re-docks. I would say that the suction and filtration are amazing. Interestingly this review says I have a refurbished unit when I purchased it brand new direct from Dyson. I hope this is not the case and I received a new unit?

I find it very difficult to empty dust bin. One must push the red slide button over to open it, but it often takes several efforts to unlatch . Also you need a smart phone to operate it; most other vacs you can turn it on and let it go. Not comfortable about it using a camera to map my house. Unusual error codes. Overall disappointing

Powerful Vacuum

I bought this Dyson 360 Vis Nav for my wife’s birthday and we love it. We didn’t want a robo mop and self emptying wasn’t needed. We just wanted a robo vac that had some power! Every day we come home, our hardwood floors are clean and it is amazing how much stuff it has sucked up (we have four kids!). The floor mapping was super easy and we have no issues. I would highly recommend this vacuum especially if you need super powerful suction!
