Opened to find dried up.

I’ve had this for about a month kept inside the house in air-conditioning and when I opened it up it was solid could not mix it. Definitely would not stick anything to a wall. Can’t find my receipt I am PO’d

DO NOT SPREAD,DRIED, NOT KNOWN SINCE WHEN IT WAS IN CANADIAN TIRE STORE SHELF. HAS A SHELF LIFE OF 18 MONTHS BUT NO MANUFACTURING DATE PRINTED.

Beware expired product

Used it about a year ago, and liked it. Went back last week to pick up a couple tubs for another project, and found they were expired -- dry, didn't spread, and didn't adhere to surfaces. Found out belatedly that the product has a 18 month shelf life. Unfortunately date is coded and impossible to tell. Now I'm stuck with terrible mess to clean.

Q: Can it be used with outdoor tiles? Can it be used outdoors? Tiles would be outdoors year round.

A: The Dura Pro Ceramic Tile Adhesive, 946-mL is for indoor installation only. Technical Bulletin, Safety Data Sheets, LEED Compliance Letter are available both in English and French and are downloadable from the vendor’s website www.duraproadhesives.com and www.adhesifsdurapro.com.
