Used on already painted steel door. Sprayed, then scrubbed and wipe dry the surface - but still got fish-eyes. I am new to this, so will try different techniques and cloths. Try as well a longer waiting dry period. See how it goes.

It's foaming cleaner. Seems like good foaming cleaner, but that wasn't obvious from the online description. I thought it was just a larger/cleaner alternative to the Duplicolor cleaner.
