Avoid unless easy attachment is critical to you

While the pole and scrubber are good overall ( wish the clever pole lock was just a bit stronger) the skimmer is of absolute poor design and quality. I have had it for 1 year, bought and the only thing going for it is the easy attachment feature, hence 2 stars instead of 1. The problems: - the frame lacks rigidity, twisting at the slightest contact with anything - the mesh is detaching - the bottom side does not have a pick-up “squeegee” to scoop leaves from the bottom of the pool ( which would be useless based on the weak skimmer frame anyway) Compared to the other devices in the line, this is truly poor. Avoid.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This leaf rake is intended for collecting leaves and larger debris from the pool and may not offer the same rigidity or bottom-scooping performance as some heavier-duty professional models. Regarding the mesh detaching from the frame, this is not an expected characteristic of the product and may indicate a manufacturing issue with that particular unit. We suggest to have it replaced at the store explaining this issue. Best regards,

A: The mesh is made to pick-up fine debris. Extremely fine debris would be picked-up by your vacuum head during the weekly cleaning of you pool.
