Horrible Blades, impossible to stand on

My daughter has been on these for 2 seasons and they are horrible. Blade is round and making it beyond hard for her to learn. Don’t try to save the money for the adjustment. Be kind to your kiddo’s learning and confidence by buying proper skates.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do I adjust the size? I press the button and I try to pull the front of the shoe but nothing happens. Any resources available?

A: It should work by pushing the button simultaneously while pulling the front of the shoe out. It may be a little stiff if the skates are new so try giving it a little bit of a tug. If you have further questions, please contact info@hedstromcanada.com.

Q: Have you had quality issues with this product? I bought 2 pairs of these March 2015 and used them 4-5 times.. The metal blade broke (the metal cracked ) on one skate of each pair.... What do you suggest?
