Was not sure it would be successful cleaning my shower tile grout. But I was THRILLED with the results. Cleans without chemicals too! Only downsides are that you have to stop to refill the water frequently, but if the water holder was bigger then it would be too heavy to be handheld, so no biggie, and that the nylon brushes bend with less wear Thabk I would expect and finding replacement attachments is a bit harder than I would like. But I love this device and o am super happy with my purchase

Q: Do I have a faulty one by chance? In 2mins or less no steam. My smart living Plus Steam Mop can go for 5- 10 mins if needed, but done 2/ half areas before the water runs out.
