Terrible! Doesn’t work at all! Just blows hot air. Tried to return the next day and they refused because it was used. Of course I used it, just to find out it does absolutely nothing.

Cet appareil fonctionne bien pour nettoyer le ciment entre les tuiles de céramique. J'ai enlevé une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre plus que 250 mL d'eau dans le réservoir.

A: The maximum temperature it can reach is °212f, or the full boiling point of water. It can't get any hotter than that without being a pressure vessel.

Q: Do I have a faulty one by chance? In 2mins or less no steam. My smart living Plus Steam Mop can go for 5- 10 mins if needed, but done 2/ half areas before the water runs out.
