Q: Does this kit work with toyota smart key cars ? I have a toyota highlander 2014 limited edition so the car comes with push start button and not H key

A: I installed the 0342319 on my 2018 corolla with H key. Couldn't get the car to start when pressing the lock button three times.I just plugged everything in n didn't splice anything. Am I missing something? like paring the H key with the remote?

Q: I want to install this in my 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited. Will this product work with my existing factory key FOB? I'm quite handy, is this an easy install? Are the installation instructions fairly clear?

A: Hi there, The 0342319P would not work with your 2014 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. The 0342317P kit will work with a 2014 Toyota 2 Runner Limited SMARTKEY vehicle. We do not have a complete solution available at present for the G key (standard style key) 2014 4 Runner. The 0342317 kit is designed to work with your factory key fob offering 3X lock start and stop. While the installation on this unit is pretty straight forward, professional installation is always recommended for the best results.
