Caution!

I purchased two Solana 2 booster seats online - pick un in store. When I got home and opened the boxes, one of the booster seats had 3 loose screws, both manufactured 11/2023 (useful life went down by 1y 8m). When I called in they kept transferring me from one dept to another one, one person even said: “they had to transfer you for this, couldn’t answer you?!” - like I was supposed to know whose responsibility is to deal with this type of a case; told me to go to a different location that had same type of seat in stock and exchange. Anyway, after two trips to opposite sides of the city, turns out booster seats are final sale even if they sell you broken product. I feel like CT should have been the one dealing with the manufacturer on their time, I feel like they used me to get rid of damaged goods at my cost. I have not used these seats once. I will definitely avoid buying anything at CT.

For children with longer femurs.

Not a returnable product at the store if does not fit child. Beware of buying child booster seats before seeing if you child will fit. The child requires a longer femur to fit this booster as it is bigger than the competing models sold on the market. We are now stuck with two boosters that cannot be used after buying them online.

This is a smart looking booster seat, and it does the job, but it doesn’t fit well between the edges of the seats in two different car models (VW Touareg and Subaru Outback) making it difficult to plug in the seat belt once the child is seated.
