Q: Under "Features", it says (twice) that it has a variable speed range of 0-2800 RPM's, but under "Specifications", it says "Variable Speed: No". So, is there a speed adjustment or not?

A: Variable speed is controlled by the trigger. Gently feathering the trigger will produce a slower speed. Squeezing the trigger hard will generate full speed.
