Almost perfect

I bought this stud finder on the last day of 2019. Since then, I've used it, recommended it, and bought it for gifts. But today, April 2026, It stopped working. It turns out that a tiny switch that makes the whole thing work has become detached disabling the entire unit. I'm left knocking on the drywall, never thinking I'd need a backup! Hopefully, the lifetime warranty will cover the problem.

I like how it lights up where the stud is completely shows up the thickness of the stud are the wires in the way i’ll let you know when an electronic is behind the wall for sure.

This is a reliable and easy to use unit. It removes the guess work and has lots of nice features like the built in bubble level and pencil holder and ruler
