The thin 1.2 mm wheels ensure burr-free cuts through metal, while the flap disk removes material three times faster than traditional fiber resin disks due to its zirconia grit. Designed with premium abrasive cloth and fiberglass backing, the flap disk offers a grinding angle of 20 to 25 degrees for durability. This set includes one high-performance flap disk and 10 thin cutoff wheels, allowing you to complete projects quickly and achieve smooth finishes.

  • Thin .045" (1.2 mm) wheel design

  • Aluminum oxide grain combination provide aggressive cutting action and durability

  • High-performance type 29 flap disc features a zirconia grit which enables 3X faster material removal than fiber resin metal sanding discs

  • Premium abrasive cloth helping it last 15x longer and type 29 fiberglass backing provides grinding angle of 20-25°
