Got it as a gift, never thought it was gonna fail me. Next thing I know, the batteries not even made it 6 months and now I can't use a great drill. I'm glad I registered the product. Although don't know what will happen. Because I can't afford another drill like this. Fixing to contact support dep., let's see what will be their answer...
