    Great Deal!

    Just purchased this package deal last week. Overall, I am very pleased. I would have given it 5 stars if the drill had a "perfect" spin to it. As it is, it has a ever so slight, but noticeable "wobble" to it when a long drill bit is in it. I used the drill to install a Hasp lock and key set on my closet door. The walls here are rock solid plaster, so I had to use a masonry bit to get 4 holes drilled in the wall, so I could insert the anchor plugs. The drill performed flawlessly, and the holes were straight and true. The included kits are super quality, and handy dandy! One word of caution though, they included an older model drill in this kit! It is the DC970KA which weighs more ( 5.2lbs. I believe, whereas the newer model DC759KAB weighs only 4.7 lbs. ) I really prefer this one though, as they are the exact same in every aspect, except that they "shaved off" a half pound somehow on the newer model! I prefer not having anything "shaved off". It's a powerful drill that has more oomph! ( Unit Watts Out ) than most of the newer 20 volt Lithium models too! Buy it! You'll Love it!...I DO!

    Q: are there 2 batteries in this combo?

    • A: Yes! There are two 18 Volt NiCad Batteries in this kit as well as the one hour fast charger. The batteries are 1.2 Ah I believe, as I have compared their size to the 2.2 Amp Hour Batteries, and these are smaller.
