Product Details

Demon Powersports aims for performance above all else with their heavy-duty axles. The CV-style front or rear axles are made of high-strength 4340 chromoly steel built to handle the torque you can dish out on rough terrain. The thermoplastic boots covering the joints mean your axles will stay protected even in the muddiest conditions, while the wide articulation helps prevent binding. Overall the beefier design with 10 to 15 percent larger CV joints and 10 to 20 percent thicker shafts compared to standard axles means your off-road machine will keep climbing without interruption.
