Not happy with this faucet

I have had this faucet for 1 year and I hate it. My kitchen remodeler did not install an outlet under the sink so I have to use the 6 AA batteries it requires. I have replaced the batteries 4 time now. The faucet also randomly turns off while I am using it so I have to tap it to turn it back on. Very frustrating! I just requested to have someone call me regarding these issues but have not heard back yet.

Batteries have to be replaced constantly

I wish I would have read all of the reviews before purchasing. Replaced the batteries in January 2023, and faucet stopped working in May 2023, again needs batteries. Also having the hot water scalding problem and it takes forever to fill up a large pot with water! Going to try purchasing the AC adapter, but per another review it didn’t help. I like the touch less feature, but the other problems just don’t make the faucet worth it.

We have installed this in the ,itches sink and it looks good, works well, and has a useful third spray setting for cleaning dishes. The touch feature, however, is problematic. It seems to decide for itself whether it will work.

Four years of headaches!

Dear Delta: I would like to say I'm not one to write reviews but I feel I have to tell others about our issues with this facet. I fell in love with the shape of this facet when I saw it in the showroom. It was something different and I think it adds a lovely quality to our newly renovated kitchen. But I should have done my research. I've had nothing but headaches with this facet. As others have stated in the reviews it works great at the beginning but then the issues start. So far we are on our third set of replacement parts. Initially, we had a fractured magnet on the spray nozzle and now for months we have been trying to figure out why we have water under our sink. Delta sent us new parts to replace the valve on the handle but that is not the issue. The Solenoid appears wet all the time and it clearly has lime deposits (we have a water softener but very hard water in our area). In the photo attached you'll see a blue tray protecting our backboard as it has water damage. We have also had the phantom issue of the tap turning on randomly, I wouldn't want that to happen in the middle of the night! Thank goodness for the warranty. This facet was very expensive so I'm not going to buy a different product to replace it at this time. But I will likely not use Delta again and if I do I will read the reviews first.
