soap dispenser

Well I had my plumber put my Essa Black kitchen faucet in and its been maybe 2 years now. The soap dispenser which is metal has plastic internal parts where you push down to pump the soap, well that broke and I can not find the paper work for the faucet since it was put in by the plumber. How do I get a replacement or is it on warranty still, hopefully I will get some information. I believe the part is RP50781BL but I do not know it is under warranty or not. Please

Top broken

We had bought many Delta products and this one failed our expectation. It broke a little over a year. Is it still under warranty? The faucet is great and the set look wonderful. Can I get a replacement of the pump and top unit? I don't want to purchase a genetic replacement because it won't match the faucet. P.S. I have a picture but the Add Photo function is not working!

Broken pegs holding the tubes

I have had this for quite a few years, without any trouble. And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

Ugh, soap only trickles out

This soap dispenser looks great, but….. it’s very hard to pump the soap out. It takes many consecutive pumps before we get enough out to wash our dishes. It’s such a slow process. It was installed in May 2023. It’s Feb 2024.
No, I do not recommend this product.
