Delonghi does not work.

This is the 4th machine that we have had. The first two did not work properly and the 3rd lasted 2 yrs and a few months before quitting. Bout this one after being offered discount an it has not made it a month and is broken down again.

Very noisy machine but good coffee!

Received this as a gift. I love the coffee results. The machine is very noisy though. I am not sure if I will get use to this. The grinding is not too noisy it is the other banging and binging before and after the grinding. I will have to see if a rubber matting under it may reduce this.

Too expensive to not last

I bought this machine on May 27th 2025 and as of April 11th 2026 it doesn't work. I'm getting the red triangle of death showing that it isnt functioning. I enjoyed it while it lasted but for a $600 machine that doesn't last i am very disappointed.

La cafetière est de bonne qualité et simple d'utilisation. Vraiment un bel achat qui vaut son prix. Le problème s'est situé au niveau du service à la clientèle lors de l'achat. Je n'avais jamais vu un service aussi immature et non professionnel. Voilà!

Q: Do you find the Burr Grinder NOISY? Can the Manufacturer share the Decibel Rating? WATER RESERVOIR- How many Ounces of water does it hold? I checked the Specifications and didn't see it, but very possible I missed it. Thanks!
