For example, what do the little hooks hook against on the inside? On the outside they have something to hold on to, absolutely nothing on the inside. How do you even use this pot?? Can’t see it lasting too long if the hooks have nothing to hold on to to get them attached properly to the pot.

A: Before using the DCN Quattro Hanging Planter you first drill a hole up inside the riser located on the outside of the bottom of the planter (ONLY DRILL WHEN USING OUTDOORS). You then fill planter with soil and plant material. You are done. Simply add water from the top until excess escapes out of the hole you have drilled. This indicates that the reservoir below the saucer is full. Now the roots will grow down through the saucer (Self Watering) and when it rains or if you add too much water, the excess escapes, which prevents overwatering.
