Better than a standard wax ring!

I’ve had two wax ring installs (one doubled up) that have leaked, due to the gap between the floor surface and flange. This one did the trick. It’s been installed for a month without issue. Would definitely buy again.

Installed from start to finish in around 30 minutes and much cleaner to use that the wax ring it replaced. Instructions were easy to follow for someone doing this job for the first time.
