What you need...

I came to seek this listing out deliberately, because I am so very, very pleased with these knives. I don't like great big knives and I don't believe you need 10 or 12 different knives to do most kitchen jobs. These two razor-sharp, ergonomic-handled knives cover 95% of my kitchen needs - and I cook from scratch! They were an impulse buy and what a lucky one - I love them.
