not really worth the money

It is a pretty cool machine but a huge pain in the butt to use. Easy to clean but difficult to use. The tops keep coming off on the sprinkles when using every time we touch the machine, ANNOYING. When you use the sprinkles they fly every where, so be ready to sweep up the floor. Again looks very cool but not a great purchase.

This product was terrible. The motor burned out on the first attempt at making icecream. I followed the recipe in the booklet exactly. The flavor was great, but with it having plastic gears, it was not meant to make icecream at all.

Je donne 4 étoiles pour la raison: c'est gros pour un petit comptoir., mais ça fait du lait glacé à mon goût. Faut essayer quelque fois avant d'avoir ce qu'on cherche mais j'ai réussi. Malgré qu'au prix régulier, je l'aurais pas acheter. Les compartiments pour bonbons, noix etc, je m'en sert pas. On va loin avec 1 litre de lait.

I purchased this soft serve ice cream maker for my husband, who loves soft serve ice cream. While there are some drawbacks—such as needing to freeze the tub a day in advance and chill the ingredients before use—we were very pleased with its performance on the first try. It’s wonderful to be able to make organic ice cream at home whenever we want.
