Great Features but Poor Quality

I really liked the features, grinder for beans, plus the option to brew with either ground coffee or kcups. But the machine leaked 3 times in less than 2 days, even though it was assembled perfectly.
I found multiple reviews where the reviewers complained about the same issue so instead of exchanging for a new one I simply returned.

BAD- two broke within 1 year

Two broke-- same problem--- leaks around kcup area-- clear water--- cant find serial number-- to much of a hastle to try and contact company

Just started off to be a decent purchase. I like that it had a built-in grinder with the single serve. I typically only grind my own beans fresh so I love that option, but from time to time I would use a K cup for a change and I noticed issues starting there whenever it would coffee would leak out of the bottom of the machine and the beans from the K cup would end up in my coffee. I let it go because again I only typically use a fresh ground beans and that would not happen when I made my cup fast-forward now the grinding mechanism in my machine is malfunctioning. super disappointed in this machine being that it has only been a year since I had purchased it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A mixed bag - some good and some not so good.

Bought to replace a single-serve Hamilton-Beach FlexBrew that died. I like the water reservoir and hopefully (I've yet to try it as I have a stock of ground coffee to use up first) will like the built-in grinder. On the negative side, I HATE the coffee basket design. Hard to empty and clean - no handle of any kind to assist with emptying used grounds which make sit messy.
