Convenient

Only 2 weeks of ownership, so too early to say a lot. I liked the idea of the convenience of the built in burr grinder but didn’t do my research, only to realize now that it isn’t replaceable. I would also liked to have been able to switch out the conical burr grinder for one that grinds a bit finer.

Incredibly poorly designed water goes all over the place. It’s all over-the-counter makes very weak coffee because it doesn’t go through the coffee. It goes around it. Terrible design terrible product so sad. I bought it.

Warranty Replacement Grind & Brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first one lasted almost three years, before it went bonkers. The first call to Cuisinart gave me a rep, who knew one solution, which worked for about 2 weeks, then the same problem came back. So, I called back, and long story short, they sent me a brand new one, under warranty (about 2 weeks left). This one works, as they should. Both waste a small amount of coffee, when you grind beans - it goes into the catch tray, instead of the basket, but no big deal.

Yes, I recommend this product.
