Disappointing experience!

Was excited to try this "state of the art" touchless toaster...looked so cool and had great features. On the very first use of the toaster, only one side of the right side worked. I tried a couple of different settings and adjustments, but it was obviously defective. Exchanged it the next day for a different brand and a simpler model.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I had a model that u had to pull lever down to toast bread. This model is all fully automatic with buttons to choose what kind of item you would like to toast along with buttons to adjust the darkness of your toast
