I do not recommend

The surface that is being pressed is too large and, as a result, the tool does not work well. I was buying Cuisinart thinking that I was buying a quality product but I was very disappointed. I definitely do not recommend.

Fit for the Dumpster

This product is a sad example of bad design, bad quality control, bad merchandising and it’s too expensive. It doesn’t work at all!!! It causes me to lose respect for CT and Cuisinart. It wastes garlic and can only press jello. Maybe it can press pre-cooked garlic. Buyer beware!!! I returned to the store.

If you are thinking of purchasing this, throwing your money directly in the garbage will save you time and frustration! Cuisinart should be ashamed of this product!

Very disappointed with this press. I suspect Cuisinart changed their design sometime in 2016 as I see reviews prior to that are very good, any after 2016 are very poor. This press does not "press" - it squishes a small amount of liquid out of the garlic and leaves the bulk of the garlic to collect in the reservoir. Completely useless!
