We had to get rid of them after a year. I bought 4 sets and close to a quarter of them were either chipped or broken after a year. Our previous set of dishes lasted over 20 years so it's the dishes, not us.

Chips too easily

We have had theses for about a year. We loved the design, but they chip,way to easily. I was going to wait until they went on sale to by a new set, but I think I will try a different brand.

Not suitable for microwave

These dishes are not usable in the microwave!
The plates and cups absorb most of the heat from the microwave rather than the food. Frequently the plate is too hot to touch (enough to burn fingers) while the food is still lukewarm or cool.
Recently a plate got so hot that it cracked & broke into 5+ pieces while heating food. The pieces of the plate were too hot to touch. The food was cold.
As well the dishes chip very easily, as noted by other reviewers.
Update: Canadian Tire customer support was good enough to replace the set.
I was contacted by the manufacturer who indicated:
1. Plates getting too hot to touch is still microwave usable by their standard.
2. Plate shattering was my fault. Either there was something wrong with my microwave or the plate was chipped so I should have stopped using it.

Not worth the price

These plates are really nice to look at, but chip really easily. I wouldn't mind too terribly if there weren't so many chips on every plate. They all started chipping after about a month, so I couldn't bring them back.
Otherwise, I really like these plates. They feel sturdy, nice design. Just poor quality.

Not worth the money!

I bought this in the spring of this year and with in 2 weeks I dropped a fork in the sink with water in it and the dinner plate broke in half!Then they started chipping with in the first month or so,all the outter edges are chipped some quite large!Very heavy also,they look good but are a waste of good money,wish I could have taken them back!

Q: 2 of my small plates have chipped. I just bought them last month and still have the receipt. Can I bring the 2 that are chipped in for replacement?

A: The dishes are covered by a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. If the store deems that the chips were caused by a manufacturing defect they will be replaced.

Q: I would like to get extra dinner and side plates I have the Cuisinart Floral Branch set, my grandchildren have broken several, am hoping there is a way of getting 6 plates and 2 or 3 side plates. I do not need the cups or bowls. Any suggestions?
