    Low water flow

I bought this four years ago and it started to have problems after 2-3 years. First it was emitting noise and was vibrating while the tap was on. After a few more months the sound and vibrating stopped but the amount of water coming from the tap became less. I opened up the head of the tap to clean but there was no dirt. I opened up the handle to look inside and clean; this did not help either. Finally, I gave up and bought a new one to replace it.

Cuisinart Elisa Faucet, a no go

I purchased my Cuisinart Elisa faucet at Canadian Tire around 2.5 years ago. Last week it stopped working, only a trickle of water was coming out. It was not the water valves, the faucet just stopped working. I tried to contact Cuisinart to get the warranty to take care of the product, but they have not responded. My plumber told me that one of the plastic components that regulates water flow broke and that it would be better to just replace this faucet, as Cuisinart is a really low end faucet. Stay away from Cuisinart for kitchen faucets, buy a more reputable brand.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Poor Quality

We purchased this faucet and within 6 months the spray part of nozzle would not stay in socket, kept falling down. It would switch from spray mode into regular mode on its own. It now leaks around the swivel part and you can't tighten anything to fix it. Not a long lasting faucet that's for sure. On the plus side it has maintained the new appearance and the finish is still very nice.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Outstanding Value

We did a much needed kitchen renovation and needed a new faucet. I didn't know Cuisinart made taps but we're glad we took a chance and bought one. This fixture works great and it looks very rich and solidly made and the fit and finish is easily as good as Moen, it was real easy to install too! We can't recommend this fixture strongly enough...try it, you'll like it!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    • A: When advertising products in which there are many different styles or sizes such as chimney pipes, light bulbs or clothing, faucets, an “x” is placed at the end of the product number indicating this one and select related items are on sale. Inquiry at the store may be necessary to confirm if a style or size is included in the sale.
