Food gets stuck between the disc blade and the cover

I've been using this food processor for a while now and food always gets stuck between the cutting disc and the top. To boot, there is a groove on the inside of the top where food really gets lodged in.
Otherwise it's OK...
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not what cuisinart once was

The design makes the sealing of the lid awkward and the ability to use the feeder chute limited to the height of the chute. There is a gap between the blade disk and the top which leaves big chunks that won't get push to grate or slice. Time to go back to the drawing board.

Very Disappointed

I bought this food processor 6 months ago. The instruction book was poor and didn't clearly explain changing the different blades. Most disappointing is the chipping and cracking of the main food bowl and the plunger. I've always hand washed it or put it on the top rack of the dishwasher. I do use it frequently but I think it should be able to withstand daily use.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cuisinart FP-12SWBT "Elite" Food Processor

Two nesting bowls, small and large; difficult to remove the small, so that excess food/liquids slop into the larger bowl. Very difficult to re-assemble after cleaning. Small connecting pins, plastic "hook" on bowl and pressing two buttons necessary for assembly and disassembly appear sure to break easily. I expect far better from Cuisinart and plan to return this item. I rate it only fair for those reasons.

Great product

Works fantastic! I've had no issues. I've used it to make soups, pesto, sauces, grated cheese, hummus, guacamole. It blends anything I put in it. Easy to clean.
