Q: How often do we have to change charcoal filter? Is it required? Thank you
24 days agoA: It is required and they’re reasonable priced. It depends on how many pots of coffee you make but for a pot a day you should be good for about 4-6 months

Q: can you grind the beans the night before so that it isnt noisy in the morning?

Q: how long does it stay on for? does it have a self clean its self?
2 years agoA: The element under the glass carafe stays on for two hours and keeps the coffee very warm. It plays a short tone before shutting off. It does not have any self-clean functions. In addition to replacing/cleaning the filter and rinsing the carafe, the grinder needs to be rinsed/cleaned after each use.
