Solid Faucet

Hello, since this is discontinued, I'm not sure if there is still support available for this or not. My faucet works great, however the swivel action has always been loose. The mount to the countertop is solid, so that's not the concern. It's when I turn the gooseneck left or right, it doesn't stay in that position, rather returns to center. Please advise if there is an adjustment screw or item that can tighten this slightly.

As everyone says, this was a snap to install. The one reviewer said it was wobbly, but I think they did not tighten the 2 hex bolts enough.

Great faucet; handy pull down feature

We installed this faucet a few weeks ago and I'm enjoying using it.
It's really handy to have a pull down feature. It makes washing our the sink and filling pots and kettles really easy.
The only thing I would change about it is that the spray feature isn't very strong, but that may just be the water pressure at my house.

Q: I purchased the Cuisinart Colby Faucet at Canadian Tire in 2016. Item # 063-3817-0. The finish is now beginning to fade. It appears like "scratch" marks or stains have developed near the handle. Is there a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer?
