Not quite 5 years old when the outlet hose burst - no replacement parts available. Suggest purchasing a brand name like Moen or Delta so repair parts can be obtained.

Excellent product

This is so easy to install! I have never installed a faucet before but the instructions make it so easy. It was harder getting my old taps off than it was putting the new ones on. What made it easy was the taps tightened from the top of the sink with an Allen key as apposed to the old style with the bit under the sink .. The taps also come with long braided lines and this made it so easy to use compared to copper ... the taps themselves are so nice to use. Hardly having to put any pressure on them to turn them on . The pull down hose works great and goes right back into place because of the small weight attached to it . the entire job tool about 10 min to do after I had my older faucet taken off ... the only negative thing I can say is there was no teflon included to put between the hose and the shut off .. other than that beautiful products And an easy beautiful upgrade for any one with any skill level to do.

Easy install, good functionality

I spent much more time removing my old leaky one than installing this faucet. With only a few tools required, its a rather straight forward installation with the main securing is done from the top side of the counter! Water supply lines were plenty long (24") there are instructions in the box but I didn't look at them. The spout moves freely and the head has lots of freedom of movement to help wash the sides of the sink. Solid construction, clever design, good pressure although tricky to get middle water flow; Very good value. Pick up caulking or putty to seal it up while you're at the store.

I have had to install multiple kitchen faucets in my houses, and I always dread it. Though I can honestly say that this faucet was the easiest one I have ever installed. As for the functioning, it works as expected, moves smoothly and has a sleek look.
