Easy to operate.

There was not enough drain hose. I purchased additional hose but the quality was stiffer and wouldn’t lay flat. Offer an extra 25 feet at what ever cost so buyers aren’t scrambling. The delivery was ridiculously long and not as promised on line . There was no way to trace the delivery despite online advice that you could. We were flooded and needed to dehumidify in a hurry. This unit was supposed to arrive immediately available. Disappointed!
