Air Mattress - Better Than Most, Still Loses Air

I have 2 of these same mattresses, bought in 2021. I'm using them long-term to save some money on buying a new bed. When they're full of air, they're comfortable, but even this brand new one loses air a little too quickly. The electric pump is very helpful in getting that done quickly. Still, I wish a brand new one didn't have the same issue as the same product but 5 years old. The same day delivery through DoorDash was super helpful and didn't cost much ($10? Which is what the fees + delivery + tip would've been).

Seems good. Been sleeping on it in our infants room for a couple months. The portable pump is handy but a bit awkward. The bed is fairly comfy but you have to under inflate it a bit or else it feels like you're sleeping on plywood. Holds air very well.

Brisé après 3 mois, utilisation de moins de dix fois. Garantie non respectée par Coleman, nous réfère à Bestway qui est le fabriquant sous licence. Impossible de les joindre en français, on doit appeler et lorsqu'on appelle pour le service en français, nous disent de les contacter par email. On tourne en rond.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry to know how to get rid of the odor from your Coleman® Twin Double-High Inflatable Air Mattress/Airbed w/120V AC Pump & Flocked Top. The smell is natural and will go away. You can help that process along by leaving the bed out and inflated. The odor will eventually get less and less noticeable. You can also try leaving your bed outside or in a garage if the temperatures and weather conditions are comfortable-dry and not too hot or too cold. It could take a few days, so make sure the bed is clear of sharp objects that could slide or blow into the mattress. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a widely used synthetic material found extensively in many common household products including shower curtains, window blinds, carpeting, air beds, etc. Coleman takes the safety of our consumers very seriously and would like to assure you that our air beds comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. At this time there is no health or safety regulation in place that bans the use of PVC in any of these products including our air beds. We recognize that some people have a more sensitive sense of smell than others and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. A: I use a regular electrical outlet in my home, you should probably contact the manufacturer for the information you are seeking. I bought a twin, if I had to do it again I would buy a double, not much bigger but it would lessen the chances of rolling off a narrow bed.

Q: In looking at the picture there is a black piece of cloth or wrap. Can it be folded underneath the bed when in use? Others have said it is not detachable or foldable. Does that mean that the space needed for this is far more than the dimensions to leave space for this? Can it not be folded underneath? What is the purpose of this black piece?

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that the black cloth can be folded underneath the air bed and doesn’t take up any additional space on the floor once the bed is inflated. It’s meant to hold any pieces or accessories and the bed once deflated (essentially a bag to hold everything).
