Dissapointed Got a bad heating but system

Heat pump went out 1 week after purchase. Everything else still functions. Massage jets are great. Would be perfectvwith warm water

Junk pumps

I half to buy a new one every year ! The egg shaped pumps are trash. They work for one year but when I set them up the next summer they ALWAYS leak. I have bought seal kits for some things on the pump, but ultamently I have to replace it. You can’t get all the pars and you can’t get a pump. The cost for a new spa is cheaper but I should be able to get more than one season out of a spa. I am on my 4th one this year.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love this hot tub! for quality and the price this is an incredible product. installation was relatively easy, which i appreciated. the hot tub from totally untreated probably took 5-10 hours to warm up to the temp you can use it in. this was not much of a problem as we planned ahead. i was worried there would be a major spike in our electricity bill but i didn’t notice one at all. one con i can think of is you have to kneel in the hot tub which could be uncomfortable to some. but i bought some light up hot tub toys and my kids absolutely love using it.

Makes me feel fancy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package was securely packed and seems like everything was in there. You definitely need two or more people to set it up but once you do, it's well worth it! It can fit 4 people and is perfect for when it starts to get chilly. We're not really a hot tub type of family but I'm sure we can get there. We just need to find a more permanent place for it. I've seen people put them in greenhouses with projectors so I might do that.

A: 120 volt and the plug is a GFI built in the cord so you only need a 15 amp. circuit.

Q: My pump stopped working after 4 months of use, I've been waiting 3 weeks to get a reply from your company. How can you sell these spas when everybody has the same issue with the pump dying?

A: There is nobody that answers the phone number you provided. It directs you to the website where you can fill out a contact form. Myself, and many others have been waiting weeks to months for responses. There is clearly an issue with this company. They delete Facebook posts of people complaining that they're not being contacted. I see new posts daily of people having the same issue with the pumps. I want a refund!
