    Exceeded expectations

Wasn't sure how good this little unit would be, but it was on for a reasonable price so I figured I would give it a try. There are many more expensive units with extra features like detecting signal direction and a specific distance, Bluetooth and app connectivity, and the ability to program in locations of false positives, all nice feature's but not necessary for my purposes. It detects mobile radar units on Ka band from pretty far away. Catches red light cameras on K band. Its caught laser a couple times, and some older X band police radars on occassion. Now I personally would never exceed the speed limit, that would be illegal (wink wink) but my friend Bob said his unit has already paid for itself a couple times over reminding him to slow down so the police don't have to. No fancy bells and whistles but if you want an inexpensive reliable scanner to alert you of potential radar and Lidar somewhere nearyby this unit is worth the money.

For the 180$ ish I paid it’s not terrible but it does give false detections every now and then it also doesn’t find cop cars I was driving behind one and nothing happened

    DON'T BUY SERIOUS ELECTRICAL FLAW

Currently on the road to suing this company. Their product shorts and will burn down tour vehicle. Do not buy it lest you suffer the same fate as me. Seriously this is a dangerous tool for your vehicle. Spend a little extra cash for a reputable brand that WON'T burn your car down
